Our Care Process begins with a complimentary, comprehensive in-home Care Assessment (a $500 value!) conducted by a Professional Geriatric Care Manager. When care services begin, your Professional Care Manager will match one or more of our expert Care Companions to your loved one’s specific health, cognitive and social needs. Your Professional Care Manager will also fully prepare the Care Companion with instructions on how to implement the written ISP. Care Companions are supervised and monitored by your Care Manager, including unannounced visits and ongoing client-specific training. While a primary caregiver will be assigned to your loved one to ensure consistency of care, we also assign back-up Care Companions as needed to guarantee that there are no gaps in the care provided. Your People’s Care Professional Care Manager is available 24 hours a day, on an on-call basis, and includes rapid response to emergency situations.
